MidMichigan Community Health Services has been recognized by the Michigan Primary Care Association, the state organization of the Federally Qualified Health Centers, as a top health center for diabetes control, highlighting its commitment to providing exceptional care for patients managing diabetes. This recognition reflects the team’s dedication to improving patient outcomes through advanced treatments, personalized care and community education.
