William C. Auten, F.N.P.-B.C., specializes in Family Medicine. He sees patients at MyMichigan Family Medicine on Shattuck Road in Saginaw.
Philosophy of Care
Prior to joining Family Medicine, William worked as a paramedic for 13 years and as an intensive care and emergency care nurse.
“I want to serve patients in all aspects of their care,” said William. “I feel with the experience I’ve obtained thus far in my career, it has molded me to care for patients in all populations and help them prevent and avoid the need for acute treatment.”
“I’ve seen the critical end of the healthcare spectrum with my ER and ICU experience. My philosophy of care is rooted in preventive medicine and a holistic approach to long-term wellness. I believe in treating the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.”
