Biography

Stacey Ugartechea, F.N.P.-C., M.S.N., specializes in family medicine. She sees patients at MyMichigan Family Medicine in Sanford.

Philosophy of Care

“My philosophy of care centers on building trusting relationships with my patients. I believe that when patients feel heard and respected, they are more engaged in their care, and outcomes improve,” said Stacey.

“I chose to go into family practice as a nurse practitioner because I value the opportunity to care for patients across their entire lifespan. I find it rewarding to build long term, trusting relationships and to be part of a patient’s health journey over time. This allows me to address immediate concerns while also focusing on prevention, education, and overall wellness. I enjoy helping patients them through different stages of life.”

“I focus on treating the whole person, emphasizing communication, patient education and prevention while working collaboratively to support long term health.”
